Virginia Charles also known as “Betty” of Golf Course Road, Grand Anse, St. George
passed away on Sunday 27th September, 2026 in New York
at the age of 86.

She survived by:
Her Children: Allan Lionel Jr. Noel in California, Sandra Noel and Finbar Kevin Charles in Canada, Raymond Troy Noel in St. Thomas US Virgin Islands, Catherine Ann Contain and Joseph Ryan Charles in New York

Grandchildren: Kellon, Shenyce and Donte Charles, Tiffiney Vaughn, Shebbier Andrew, Hakeem, Zoriah and RayNesha Noel

6 Great Grandchildren: Destinee Walker, Ivy and Imran Arobieke, Faith Noel, DeAndre Charles and Zayden Rodney

Daughters-in-law: Ella Noel in California, Lucette Noel in St. Thomas and Mosha Campbell in New York

Son-in-law: Kareem Coutain in New York

Nephews and Niece: Michael and Virbert Francis in the US and Pamela Francis in the UK

Many other relatives and friends including: Nicholas, Abiola and Micah Francis, friends and members of the Woodlands Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses congregation including Ann Baptiste, Pamela Seales and Mavis Mohan

The Funeral of the late Virginia Charles also known as “Betty”
will take place on Tuesday 3rd November, 2026 at 2:00pm
funeral service will be held at the Woodlands Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, St. George
and followed by Private Cremation
