Vincent Spencer Penny also known as “Sonny Boy and Baba” of Boca, St. George, who resided in the USA
passed away on Saturday 18th April, 2026 in the USA
at the age of 85.

Left to mourn are:
His children: Sonia, James, Lynette, Gary and Christline in the US, Spencer and Nigel in Grenada

Adopted children: Connie in Canada, Marrio and Dellonia in Grenada

3 Brothers: Gregory in Canada, Dowlen and Victor in Grenada

4 Sisters: Mary in the US, Claudine and Claudette in Canada, and Pearl in Grenada

16 Grandchildren including: Mark, Janayda, Jisselle, Jarelle, Nakita, Tatyana, Destiny, Cliff, Joshua, Kyle, Christan, Chealta, Akell, Jamie, Nikila and Raiden

3 Great Grandchildren

2 Daughters-in-law: Monica Andrews and Karen Penny

2 Sons-in-law: Aaron Ross and Junior Antoine

Many brothers and sisters-in-law including: Augustine Mitchell, William, Dominic Wilfred, Maud, Eva and Avis

Many nieces and nephew including: Deian, Berrylann, Terrence, Bryie, Arita, Nate, Natan and Shonalie

Many god-Children including: Lazarus, Ingrid and Pamela

Many relatives and friends in Boca and the surrounding communities including: The Penny families of Boca, Beaulieu and Vendomme, the Strachan, Andrew, Paul and Clarence families of Boca, the Gill and Joseph families of Woburn, , the Nelson family of Constantine, Linus Strachan and Francis Frank in New York, Judy aka “Tita”, Lydia Telesford, Augustine and Finber Clarence in Boca

The Funeral for the late Vincent Spencer Penny also known as “Sonny Boy and Baba”
Will take place on Tuesday 26th May, 2026, commencing with tributes at 1:00pm and service at 2:00pm
Funeral service will be held at Our Lady Help Catholic Church, Beaulieu St. George
And entombment at Boca Family Cemetery
