Kathy was truly a beautiful soul, inside and out. The way she spoke to people reflected the kind of person she was, warm, respectful, humble, and genuine. As a Customs Officer, she exemplified great customer service. She knew how to communicate with people and always carried herself with grace and humility. Her kindness and beautiful spirit will never be forgotten. Kathy was indeed a special soul, and her memory will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her.
