passed away on Monday 23rd February, 2026
at the age of 64.

She was the:
Wife of: Dennis Duncan also known as Lowe from Waterloo, St. John residing in Woodlands, St. George

Mother of: Sherrie Duncan- Rae residing in the UK, Shelley Duncan- Telesford and Sheena Duncan- Roberts

Sister of: Winston Duncan, Joan Venugopal, Michael Carter and Selwyn Carter residing in the US, Ivan Carter residing in the UK, Louise Gresham residing in Canada, Carol Andrews and Brenda Marshall (Deceased)

Grandmother of: Jamique Duncan, Kaylee and David Rae, Shanique and Sydnee Telesford, Drayson and Malakai Roberts

Mother- in- Law of: Carl Rae residing in the UK, Shannon Telesford and Gary Roberts

Sister-in- Law of: Beryl Duncan, Dr. TK Venugopal and Laura Carter all residing in the US and Merle Campbell of Florida, St. John

Close relative of: Susan Norman

The Funeral service of the late Joy Valerie Duncan
Will be held on Tuesday 24th March, 2026 @ 2:00pm, with tributes commencing at 1:30pm
Funeral Service will be held at the Blessed Sacrament R.C Church, Grand Anse, St. George
Followed by entombment at Grand Anse Cemetery
