Obituaries

Denis Arlington Robinson also known as “Denis Phillip” affectionately known as Punch, Moppy, Briggy and The Youth of St. Paul’s, St. George
passed away on Saturday 14th March, 2026
at the age of 90.

Left to mourn are:
His wife: Janice Phillip

Step children: Cindy, Collette, Nicole, Kim and Pat Sutherland

Adoptive children: Margaret, Deidre and Brent

Sibling: Denise Phillips

Nieces and nephews: Ann, Junior, Eric, Carol, Cheryl, Clifford and La Dadriel Eastman, Earl Phillips and Nicole Phillips-Moody

Many other grand nieces, grand nephews, relatives and friends including: The Robinson families of St. Paul’s, Trinidad, US and Canada, the Commancheros Steel Orchestra family, Bethel Choir and congregation, The Methodist community of Grenada, The Port Authority of Grenada, Clinton Bailey and family, the Marshall family, Ms. Anita Brizan, the Lander and Gittens family and many other family and close friends whom he had cared for.

The Funeral of the late Denis Arlington Robinson also known as “Denis Phillip”
Will take place on Thursday 9th April, 2026 with a prelude of Steel Pan music at 12:30pm, tribute at 1:00pm and service at 2:00pm
Funeral service will be held at Bethel Methodist Church, St. Paul’s, St. George
And interment at Mt. Airy Cemetery
