A Retired Police Corporal #520 attached to the Fire Department at Central Station,
who died on Sunday 6th August, 2023
at the age of 58.

He was the husband of: Rosemarie Charles

Adopted Son of: Eileen Wall Vincent

Father of 7: Jadi and Nikisha Noel in Canada, Celine Joseph-Phillip in the USA, Vonel Noel in Trinidad, Christa Mitchell, Rondell Hutchinson and Mia Regis in Grenada

Step father of: Blondell and family in the UK

Grandfather of 9: Kafhre, Kadjiel, Kavion Phillip in the USA, Rayanne Primus and Amayah Smith in Canada, Nicholas and Nikiea Dinoo, Dontay Pustam in Trinidad, Kelrie Mitchell Jones

Brother of: Bryan, Susan, Tricia, Wayne and Ian DeCaul in the USA and Crystal Murray in Grenada

Brother-in-law of many including: Anthony Charles, Rachael Charles in the USA, Samantha and Rose Charles

Father-in-law of: Frank Phillip in the USA

Will be held on Thursday 7th September, 2023 at 1:00pm
Funeral service will be at the St. Andrew the Apostle RC Church, Grenville, St. Andrew
Followed by interment at Grand Bras Cemetery
