Perlita Steele nee McIntyre also known as Miranda of Grand Anse, St. George

passed  away on 31st December, 2023

Perlita dedicated her life to the noble profession of nursing, serving tirelessly at the General Hospital in Grenada and in the United Kingdom.
Her compassionate care touched the lives of many, leaving an indelible mark on those she served.

Left to cherish her memory and honour her remarkable legacy is her beloved husband, Pastor Glenroy Steele, together with her two sons Shallum and Micah. She was also adored by her two grandchildren, Jelani and Naledi. Perlita will be deeply missed by her mother-in-law, Elaine Steele, in Trinidad, as well as by her extended family including the McIntyre, Coutain, and Francis families of Grand Anse and the Limes, the Diaz family of Trinidad, and the Milo family of Mt. Parnassus and the nursing fraternity and other staff of the General hospital.

Perlita’s influence extended beyond borders, as evidenced by the numerous individuals and families she touched worldwide. She will be fondly remembered by the Five Fold ministers and brethren of the global network of Restoration Fellowship Ministries, Pastor Haris Roberts (Springs IPA), Pastor Ashley and Sister Roberts of Prayer & Praise Revival, and Bishop Cecil Jacob’s and family from Madigras. Additionally, she leaves behind cherished cousins in Grenada and the UK, including Leon Pierre, Merle Ferguson, Jacqui Stewart, and Anne Marie Wright, as well as beloved aunts Mary Telesford, Erva Alexis, and Catherine Noel in the US, and the Henry family of the Bocas St. Pauls.
